“it took 3 weeks to verify my account and therefore i had a 230 balance locked, I wasnt sent a email when stated I was to inform me of the issue”

“System should not allow Free Bets to be used on accumulators advertising insurance. The free bet is not refunded. Also, we should be alerted as to whether using a game on the accumulator would invalidate the insurance or even better the Paddy Power Insurance logo should appear when appropriate & a red X through it when not (eg odds too below, <1.2). Would make customer experience better, reduce calls to support & upset/animosity when customer is advised accumulator doesn't merit a refund. Just thinking ...”

“I really like how easy it is to use the site and how quickly betting and gaming can be done but the overall experience is great I have never had an issue with paddy power in all my time and have to say great balance between loss and win but really like the promotional stuff gives good laugh”
