“i have always found Paddy Power a superb online bookmaker for many reasons, including best prices and more money back offers than other online bookmakers. Today I was querying that I hadn't received my free bet returned, the offer on email was that PP would match money deposited and bet up to a maximum of £50. I deposited £70 on Saturday (£30, £20 and £20). After speaking with your agent on live chat, he told me that my free bet had been added to my account. Shortly after I found that a free bet of £30 had been added to my account. I don't wish to look a gift horse in the mouth, I am extremely grateful for the offer, but I thought I should have had £50 as a free bet. If the free bet only counted on the first or one deposit, there was no mention of this in the email. Such as "offer applies to first deposit only" would have been helpful. Many thanks Graham Clark”

“I think that any daily promotions should be on your website first thing each day....we can't all be continually checking "hourly", and another bookie may get the bet if they have their promotions early on their website.”

“Something that is quite annoying is that when you do a handicap bet, and viewing it on your phone or app, it doesn't show what the handicap is. I feel this should be reviewed.”

“I found that betfair is a better site when it comes to prices. Paddy powers website is good but your mobile app could be made better as its not very good to use. However I am paddy power faithful.”
