“Live chat app takes ages to "connect" even when 1st in the que. Had real problems resetting my password through the site and through password email resets. Had to get a temporary password to get access back.”

“Wasted time trying to sort out problems with offers. And rudely cut off on my initial live chat trying to rectify the problem. Operator Phil D kindly helped sort out my issues after a lot of explaining and luckily I had screen shots on my phone as proof to sort the problem out or it probably wouldn't of got rectified. Not impressed with signing up to your paddy power today and placing my first bet them to have to go through that to get it re tified and the payout. Not a good impression made”

“had to deposit money first before getting a query because im a new customer and they cannot provide me odds for a bet i want. Now got to wait 2 days to see my money again very inconvenient and bad experience for a new customer that's meant to receive enhanced odds. If i dont get the email i have requested i will not be using paddy power again.”
