I HAD NOT USED MY ACCOUNT FOR A WHILE AND WHEN I TRIED TO LOG IN (WITH CORRECT DETAILS) IT WOULD NOT LET ME SAYING THAT THE ACCOUNT WAS NOT REGISTERED WHICH IT WAS. I HAD TO RE REGISTER AND START ALL OVER AGAIN. IT WAS CONFIRMED LATER BY CUSTOMER SERVICES THAT MY ACCOUNT HAD BEEN CLOSED WHICH I WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF AND I WAS UNSURE IF ANY FUNDS REMAINED IN THE ACCOUNT. I suggest that when customer tries to log into a account with the right details if the account was closed due to inactivity that a flag should come up confirming there was an account but there is a problem instead of saying you are not registered which I think causes confusion. I thought the customer service assistant live chat was very helpful and confirmed quickly what the problem was. Many thanks Jennifer.O'Brien
