“Paddypower had a winning bet resettled as a loss entirely in the wrong. Pulling actual money from my account entirely in the wrong. That is unacceptable and down right corrupt and unfair. Legislation around betting is meant to enforce against these practises. The under 1.5 rounds in MMA is a simple bet - offered universally and universally used. A fight ending 0:28 seconds into the second round counts as a winning bet. It has been put on me to give overwhelming evidence, and even that has not yet shown to be a match for incompetence. Videos of the fight, official links to results, your own terms and conditions all show me to be in the right. I can understand mistakes, I can not understand a mistake standing incorrectly after further review. I have not been treated well by agents (apart from one). This should be easily resolved. I should get to speak directly to someone who can resolve the issue. Not wait to hear back from a trader who is in the wrong. It would be resolved much faster. Once my issue is resolved, which it must be. Otherwise, I will spread the awful practises across social media for other punters to be aware and see if legislative bodies can help. I would like someone to acknowledge this has caused a great deal of unneeded time wasted and apologise, show some goodwill. There's plenty of competition around. Also for smaller amounts work out a way for agents to be able to directly resolve this over chat, it would be far easier.”

“Wish that the football teams you can view in the long list mode, had there divisions to the side, or maybe divisions in long list view, not single divisions on one page only. Overall, no errors and very fast website, great. Bonuses are good too, keep them coming !!”

“numerous of times I feel the online app has been slow or dodgy when placing a bet resulting in me losing money also my family are always recieving free bets and yet I use it more and never receive anything now recently my account has been suspended because I wanted to sign up for the plus card and it wanted a bank statement and I thought I'm not going through the hassle to get that and now my account is locked so now I have to get one just to get my account back up and running and once I do that I'm sure I'll be done with paddy power online!”

“Could not easily find the 'trigger' icon in your web page to find 'live help' when I needed it. Also a bit confused by the term 'card number', kept thinking it should be 'account number'. Also banks send out new cards and people forget over time that the card number they originally sent will not be the card number they have now if their card has been replaced. Mind my age is against me, I'm not quite gaga yet but I'm coming on, bye.”
