“Paddy Power customer service team have a good ethical approach and do what is right. The rewards scheme on PP games is by far the best in the sites i use. I have lost lots of money and its my fault but again PP provide great advice on setting limits etc which i do. The colour scheme and the HMI on games and bingo is brilliant. The games like must go jackpots make things more interesting than their competitors altough i havnt won a sausage ....i mean come on guys ..... come on..... Great site thank you”

“When the website is busy it is impossible to withdraw funds to your bank account without ringing up or speaking to paddy power staff, the staff were very helpfull but your website needs some work”

“Had problems with web site and now find that my first bets were actually taken but I did not get a receipt with the result that two lots of money was taken from my c.c. and two lots of bets placed although I only got one receipt for one lot of bets. I actually got a message on my computer that there had been a problem and the page was reloaded and everything was cleared so I assumed, wrongly as I have now found out, that the bets had in fact been placed and the money taken but had not got a receipt so I did it all again and got a receipt but now looking on my account I have found two lots of bets and two lots of money taken. You live and learn the hard way sometimes.”
