“Not able to log on as I had started the account when I was in portugal on holiday. Wasn't aware this was an issue and took me a while to sort out, however the agent who dealt with it sorted my issues easily and quickly.”

“Hello, I'm a paddy power user and I've recommended this website for so many people who like to bet on sports simply because you have an excellent and helpful live chat support. But other websites seem a bit better when it comes to the interface and updates. For example: when you bet on sports and you through your account and click on the last bet you've made, it shows you the results of every match that you placed a bet on, better yet if the match is currently in play they would ahow you the live score. It would be great if this feature can be added. Thanks for taking time to read my review Regards,”

“Generally the site is easy to follow and easy to use. I think that the dead heat rule should be made clear to people placing an each way and the effect that this will have on their potential winnings.”

“There's a lot of information and for first time users a simple guide would help. it's probably my fault but I couldn't place the bet I wanted to so gave up and have just closed the account. A shame because I think PP offers good deals to its customers.”
