Delivery was great, clear benefits of own company delivery. Bars and wooden frame are of fabulous condition and fit different brand frame well with no modification required. “We purchased a Rebo Swing and Monkey Bars set and we are very happy with it. Delivery time was very good and the value of the product is good. The product was easy enough to assemble on the whole, however, the only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the difficult in putting the vertical wooden pieces in to the metal brackets. The horizontal wooden pieces above the swings and on the monkey bars go in fine, but the long pieces of timber that support the monkeys bars vertically and that make the A frame of the swing were too wide for the brackets. I understand that wood can change size, swell etc, but the wood was dry on delivery, remained dry and was assembled dry, so the brackets needs to be made wider to accommodate these pieces of wood if they are coming too wide. As a result, I had to cover the end of the wood and use a mallet to force them in to the bracket, which has on one piece of the A frame caused a minor split to the wood. This won't affect the strength of the frame but isn't ideal when this has been caused by bad fitting pieces of kit. As I say though, on the whole, very happy and my children love it. Other than the pieces of wood mentioned, the rest of the assembly was very easy.”

“Rebo Wooden Climbing Frame with Vertical Rock Wall, Swing Set and Slide - Great quality, clear communication. Quick delivery within 10 days. Quality of the product is excellent and strong enough to take weight of both adult and children. Lack of pre-drilled holes is actually a bonus which means you can change the build to fit you own design. Anchor kit is also a must to secure the frame and raise slightly above ground level to prevent posts becoming rotten from ground moisture and allows space for play bark to be spread around base. Really happy 😁”

“Delivery was very prompt, the kit was very easy to assemble, and we are really happy with the final product. We were a little worried about it being free standing, as we wanted to put it on our fake grass, with out having to cut holes to anchor it to the ground, but the the swing set and slide model is very sturdy and feels very secure without any anchorings”

“We ordered a bike after being let down by very, and we ordered it Monday and came Wednesday fast delivery and the delivery drive was nice and friendly, knocked on door to see if our son was in as it wasn’t covered and big picture on box. Box did have a hole in it but apart from that great x”

“We have bought our girls the tower slide with 2 swings and glider and the monkey bars as a early christmas present. It arrived quite quickly with in 1 week. My husband and brother inlaw put most of it up in 1 day. Then my husband and i put the roof on the next day. The instructions where clear and easy to follow. The girls love it! I have attached our old toddler swing on it for now until she can use a 'big girls swing'. I have recommended it and will recommend to anyone who is thinking of buying a wooden climbing frame to get one from outdoortoys .”

“I purchased a wooden 3 swing and slide set and could not be happier. The product itself is great and was delivered very quickly. The slide was broken on delivery but the customer service was fantastic and issued me another one quickly (picture is before the new slide was delivered). I put it together with a friend of mine in about 3 hours which i view as pretty good. My little lad loves this (19 months old) and I look forward to many years of play with this.”
