“we ordered a ride on car for our daughters birthday which was delivered within 2 days but unfortunately it arrived damaged. I contacted customer support on the Monday who were very helpful and offered a few options to resolve this (i.e. discount if we wanted to keep the damaged item or a replacement and collection) we chose to replace the item. The new item was dispatched same day and arrived with us by the Wednesday and my daughter very happy to get such a cool gift.”

“The swing set we bought was great! Delivered on time, excellent quality, good solid and sturdy materials and construction. It handled my weight easily enough so I can have a (gentle) swing next to my child Easy to assemble with normal tools, it certainly didn't take me the estimated 3 hours on the instructions.”

“The instruction book - It is obviously Chinese translation that is very, very poor. Perhaps a few sheets with pictures typed in UK and added to the booklet would not take too much time and save incoming calls to you.”
