“We now have three wonderful products from Thai company and love them all! The quality, customer service and ethos of Omersa & Company make for an exceptional lovely experience I recommend them as gifts to anyone that will listen and as our family (and floor space) grow we can’t wait to add another one addition! “Quality service and craftsmanship! Ms. Dale was a pleasure to deal with. I am so happy to have found Omersa and Co. There is no wonder why their past and current work is so valued. My parents purchased an Omersa leather rhino sometime around 1963. Ms. Dale helped me identify exactly what I needed to restore my rhino to its original and proper condition. Not only did Omersa ship what I ordered but also included some additional items that were specific to helping me with my restoration tasks. The items also came with specialized instructions that took the guesswork out of what I had to do. In a world where so many things are mass-produced, It is nice to know some people still pay so much attention to detail and are passionate about their craft. Yes, some companies still do make things like they used to! Omersa just does it a bit better.”

“I recently got the stately kangaroo to join my hippo and vintage mid-80s rhino (now known as Hoppy, Hippie and Horny). I'm so mad for these spectacular, expertly designed creations that I just sprung for the elephant (who will be christened Hefty once he joins the menagerie). I salute Omersa's wonderful team for their dedication to excellence, tradition and timeless craft. Now - I have to slow down for a while or it's off to the poor house for me.”

“Really impressed with the level of service and care received. Our large lion arrived promptly, with deliveries dates agreed prior to dispatch. The lion looks fabulous and will be part of the family for years. No one’s allowed to use it as a seat or a foot stool, as yet. A big thank you to Caroline and the Omersa team, who created this addition to our family.”

“Our standard pig arrived as promised, well packed and in tip-top condition. An excellent small business to deal with. “This is the second purchase of a leather footstool, we have added a camel to join our Rhino, our family love them both, they are both excellent quality and make lovely furniture. “Ever since I watched Repair Shop and saw Susie restore an Omersa rhino to its former glory, I have wanted one of my own. Mac is also a reminder of an amazing trip to a private game reserve in South Africa and the beautiful rhinos we saw there. From ordering, through shipping and arrival - the experience with Omersa has been excellent. Thank you so much and much respect to your very talented craftspeople and staff!”
