“This is our third Omersa “character” and as always it is superbly made and just simply gorgeous.”

“Caroline is excellent to deal with. We ordered direct from Omersa for peace of mind. Best to contact them first if outside of the UK. Taxes and shipping charges can get a little confusing. If sending as a gift, consider putting your contact details for both sender and recipient. Otherwise recipient is texted/emailing for taxes.”

“Hello Josie and Caroline, We are totally happy about the beautiful pieces of Omersa. I was inspired by a friend and my favorite hotel in Berlin. Thank you very much and best regards Sebastian”

“Each animal I have received from this company has been exquisitely handcrafted to a very high standard and been a true representation of the real thing. Having to speak to the customer service department about a delivery date was simple and straightforward bringing me peace of mind and assurance of my request. Courtesy is their watch word. An excellent company which I highly recommend.”

“We love Omersa since years and finally we added an elephant to our animal collection. Great craftsmanship and first class handling and service! This is high value for several generations.”

“Another beautiful animal to join our collection 😀. Arrived in France in tip top condition as usual and we are really pleased with Percy (our sitting pig) who sits with Claudia (our highland cow) The only problem we have is what to order next 😝. 10/10 for a lovely company”

“Hello, Our magnificant large rhino arrived last week in excellent condition. We call him Sudan as homage to the LAST white north african rhino male who passed away some years ago. Our Sudan will comfort us as a family footstool in front of our tiled stove for many years to come!”

“We bought the pouffe pig. What a lovely new addition to the family. Both beautiful, as pigs are, and sturdy. Speedily delivered and well packaged. Overall, I’m a very happy customer.”

“In a curious way, I grew up with Omersa animals. In Chicago in the 1950s. Marshall Field & Co. was the premiere department store in the city. To a little girl, it was a shimmering wonderland. My favorite area was the luggage department. Amongst all the imposing suitcases were leather Omersa animals--hippos and pigs. I adored these animals. But only from afar, as they were well beyond my family's means. Decades passed. On our grandson's first birthday, my husband and I gave him a hippo. He sits on it, wrestles and cuddles it. I hope the hippo will go to his own grandchildren.”
