“I ordered a medium Rhino and a miniature Highland Cow. The quality of both animals is superb and all dealings with Omersa seamless - I can't recommend them highly enough. I would also like to mention the true artisans who made these figures, thank you sincerely.”

“Each year since since 2016 I have bought Omersa animals on special occasions for my husband. We first came across Omersa when we purchased an animal from Liberty in London and soon after discovered their website (my husband is an avid collector). All animals are handmade and of excellent quality. The customer service provided by Jo and Caroline are second to none and communications with them either by telephone or via email has always been helpful and prompt.”

“Online order form did not clearly state "first name", "family name", but "company (firm) name" as first entry item. That led to subsequent import issues into the EU, as DHL Germany was unable to process customs declaration on the data basis provided, requiring multiple back and forth communciation with end customer to get all necessary data for proper customs declaration. All customs declaration data should have been provided by Omersa in a way transparent for the logistics handling agent DHL.”

“Hi from Bay of Plenty countryside NZ He arrived painlessly, safely and perfect conditon, within a few days of dispatch and a couple of days after my wife (of 55 years) Jo's brithday and tonsilectomy. It was a surprise I was going to keep until Christmas - how could I ? It was received with overwhelming delight. Thank you”
