“The only problem I had was trying to decide which of the beautiful foot stalls to order, they are all so beautiful. I finally chose a Hippopotamus who is now named Harry and he is perfect. The ordering process is easy and I was kept up to date with progress including a phone call to arrange delivery. Harry arrived securely packed, in perfect condition and on time, I am very happy. Thank you.”

“So far so good -I think- We haven't unpacked him yet as he is a Christmas gift for our Granddaughter, Miss Quinn. Your box is very sturdy but somehow the shipper managed to puncture the bottom, making a hole about the size of my thumb. It appears the rhino is floating within foam peanuts as the packing - I'm hoping there is no damage to him. Are peanuts the best method to use? V/R Wm Meyer”

“I contacted Caroline to help with a missing ear on my 60's large elephant. With the help of some photos and measurements, she made me a perfect replica, along with a new tail. I performed a bit of homebrewed ageing on the new leather and they look very very good. I can't thank Caroline enough for her help and skill. Mark”

“The product(my Lg Rhino) is outstanding, it’s the coolest thing I own. It’s a conversation starter and gives the room a unique and fun feel. It is obviously made by fine craftspeople. The customer service is firmly above average, they communicate well, they do what they say they are going to do and they seem to genuinely care. I can’t wait until I purchase another.
