“Ordered a standard hippo. This was something I saw in Liberty 25+ years ago. Thought about it on and off since. Service was efficient and my purchase arrived quickly. Well packaged. Very happy:)”

“When I enquired about making a purchase I got a personal and friendly response. Good customer support. As for the medium sized footstool pig I bought - I love it!! It looked very well made and beautiful leather. I will try to keep it in good condition with the wax that was recommended.”

“Ordered a Dachshound from the Omersa Collection some time in November of 2024 as a gift for my wife. It was quite an expensive gift, but I knew that she would love it. Its only money after all. However shortly after they announced a Black Friday offering. I wrote them about perhaps getting the same deal, even though I techcanilly wasn't entitled - as I ordered before black friday. However my heartfelt enquiry was utterly ignored and went completely unanswered. As such I am still happy about my purchace, but the whole process did leave a bitter taste. Cant believe they ignore their customers like that. Such a poor customer service experience.”

“We were very pleased with the service from Omersa & Company, who were able to amend some communication details at short notice and kept us informed throughout. While those who ordered him/her have not yet met him, the new owner is delighted with her new pet Pig and says she will love him for ever more! Thank you Omersa.”

“We’ve been collecting Omersa miniature animals for several years now, and they're always the exceptional gift under the Christmas tree or on a birthday. The quality of the designs and presentation is outstanding, with each animal perfectly represented. Moreover, the value proposition is excellent -- not inexpensive but certainly worth it to add another member to our posse every year.”

“Caroline is excellent to deal with. We ordered direct from Omersa for peace of mind. Best to contact them first if outside of the UK. Taxes and shipping charges can get a little confusing. If sending as a gift, consider putting your contact details for both sender and recipient. Otherwise recipient is texted/emailing for taxes.”
