“Roof rack was poorly packed and shipped causing the packaging to break and pieces to go missing rendering it unusable. Attempts for a refund or replacement are difficult at best.”

“I have not received the racks two days after the May 11, 2026 delivery date. I called OMAC and could not understand a word Osama said ( the person who answered the phone ). I called earlier and spoke to Evelyn who said she would check with USPS about delivery and let me know by E mail; but never heard from her. And so I checked USPS tracking own my own and they indicated that they have a shipping label but have not received the item from OMAC for shipping.”
