“In general good but small details need a bit more attention. The brackets for the sliding doors are not secured sufficiently in my opinion and I’ll have to attend to them. Missing one name panel over one door which just annoys (even though it shouldn’t. If I can suggest anything it would be that you are a bit more flexible on finishes, Onduline is basically not up to it and my horses will destroy OSB board in 10 minutes so you could possibly offer what I have done as optional extras ie., fabricated metal food with clear panels and reinforced interior panels with 18mm plywood.”

We thought it would be helpful if Olsen were more flexible and able to put us in touch with a reliable roofer, as we can’t be the only people that the council insist on a different pitch when granting pp.”

Thank you for your feedback and it is great to hear you are happy with your carriage house. We do install various roofing types but natural roof tiles require a specialist roofer and if we recommend someone we need to be 150% sure they will do a perfect job. For this reason, we always suggest customers requiring a slate or clay tiled roof seek recommendations from friends and family who have had roof work done and can see the quality for themselves.
