When I didn't hear back, I emailed again. Nothing. The next day, I sent another email. Maybe more. Nothing.
The final communication was yesterday, Wednesday. I advised that if I hear nothing today, I'll have to do a charge back. This is something I absolutely don't want to do. But if I get no response today, I'll have to move forward.

Two weeks waiting on a car part is a long time without a vehicle. Once it arrives I still have to have it installed. I’m disappointed.”
