“The part was an oem part, however before sending it no one bothered to clean it the part had dirt on it and looked like it had been picked up from the floor part looked really used and the connections were cut. Not even a pair of wire nuts came with it to connect this made the installation more of a hassle.”
“The radio i purchased would not electrically connect. The plugs were different and the unit was a different physical size from the original unit in the truck. When I put the factory radio back in the truck it started working again.
I would like to return the one I purchased for a refund. Please send instructions for process on how to return it

“I was impressed on my order being shipped but the radio had no blue tooth. For a week I asked to send it back for another but no response until this past Friday. I was told to get back today and my replacement will ship and you will send a tracking number once it ships.. I hope this happens. Please review and help with my replacement”
“It was easy orering parts but communication need much improvement. When I received a part I did not order I tried calling the number on the box but it said to use E-Mail. I use E-mail but it took several days for the response.”
“The part was good but the delivery was painful. I had to pay and additional 8 dollars just to have mypackage sent to the UPS store to pick up. The delievr issues made my package almost 5 days late.”
