“Got part in a good amount of time but it did not have the vin # from the vehicle it came out of felt like customer service kept dragging their feet and still didn't get the vin # possible have to send part back because cannot set the security code on the radio”

“the fob i received was not the one i ordered. it was different from my ML350. it looked dirty and i guess the main thing as i got no instrutions of how to program it to my vehicle. This is probably the not the type of items we should be buying from you. also price got doubled coming to Canada. The double was the entry cost to customs not you”

“I NEVER give five star ratings. I bought a window switch, it was reasonably priced and showed more quickly than promised. Works perfectly. While I am usually hesitant about buying electronic parts online? I’m was not disappointed. The part was perfect. The housing was a bit worn (the piece that fits in the door panel), I just popped the actual switch out of it and swapped it out for my housing which still looks new.”
