“I must admit I have never used Nova Insurance before but are very pleased with the service. We have 3 policies and will look forward to bringing them to Nova next year when they expire.”

“Chose nova insurance for my insurance as they had the lowest price however after purchasing there insurance. They raised the price by over £190 despite the fact none of my details had changed. My insurance wouldn't be valid until I paid the extra. Obviously not being happy with this I asked for my money back but was told I had to pay over £90 to cancel! Through no fault of my own I'm out of pocket so that's the reason for the negative review.”

“I purchased insurance off the internet at a set price. Once I pay the deposit I was then telephoned to say that the price has then changed to more than double the the price that I purchased it for. And if I wanted to cancel I had to pay a £60 fee out of my deposit.”

Firstly thank you Shelley for taking the time to review Nova Insurance. During our validation process, which includes a telephone call, we found that the occupation you entered online (during the quote) was incorrect. To ensure you were correctly insured the policy required us to amend this. Unfortunately this amendment resulted in an increased premium. I am sure you will agree that ensuring your insurance is valid and correct is of the upmost importance however we apologise for any inconvenience this caused you.
