“To book EPC was so easy, I booked on 27th April 17 the survey was carried out on 28th April 17 after arranging time with surveyor, he arrived spot on time 10am , Geoff was pleasant, efficient and obviously knew his job, a job well done , after paying I am just waiting for certificate via post”
