“If you are after a generic EPC, then go with this company. If you are looking to actually improve how home rating then don't waste your money and time. The report is generally created based on the dimensions of your house. The surveyor does absolutely nothing to actually create an EPC that is adjusted for your property. In addition, they don't even get back to you for explanations or general questions you might have about their report. Not professional at all.”

“The guy turned up and wasn't even here for 15 minutes. Skipped most of the rooms and didn't even check the windows. Sent a complaint in afterwards - which received no response. Ended up getting a second opinion by somebody else - who was here around 3 hours - very thorough and gave us a completely different rating. Would definitely NOT recommend EPCFORYOU”

Thank you so much for letting us know about your experience with EPC For You. We are truly sorry that your situation didn't turn out the way we wanted it to. Based on the size of your property it is impossible to conduct a survey in 15 minutes and due to all our surveyors being under strict auditing conditions the data collection would take much longer alone. The surveyor who attended showed me his photos which are date/time stamped and the time at your premise was over an hour. I am happy to discuss this with you further so please get in contact.

“The EPC says the building may or may not have insulation. However the building was fully insulated in the last five years. Id expect an energy performance certificate to provide information about whether the building is insulated, but it doesn't. Useless.”

Hi, You seem to have mis-read your survey. I have looked at it and it shows clearly on page 2 that your property is 'system built with external insulation'. Would you please revise your EPC doc and then possibly your review. I am happy to discuss further to help show you where this is on document.
