“- Excellent communication - Online payment facilities - Very helpful and quick to organise even at short notice - Inspector turned up on time, was courteous and professional The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they were almost 30% more expensive than cheaper alternatives, although they were not the *most* expensive. However, given how efficient the whole thing was, perhaps it's a case of 'you get what you pay for'.”

“Good communication in the initial stages and throughout the process. Agent arrived on the date, and time, of the appointment as arranged. Very pleasant individual who completed the visit without fuss or issues. Report finalised and sent to me as agreed within a few days.”

“The appointment was scheduled quickly and all went to plan. The EPC Surveyor, Martin, was highly proficient, personable and very professional in carrying out the survey and I would not hesitate to recommend his services to others. Additionally, thank you to the Administration Team for their help in making the whole process easy. One recommendation would be to have the invoice sent from the Administration Team email address rather than a separate email source. Other than that thanks for a great service.”
