“Hi i had try with different file types for reduce it's size for official purposes. However It's doesn't really help to reduce the files size, as of result it show lesser then 10 % of size reduction. Hope my feedback will get some respond on how to compressed files effectively. Regards Bastian”

Hi there, Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with NXPowerLite Desktop (Mac). Just to clear up that we don't advertise Excel compression with our mac software - it clearly states which file formats it supports on our product page here: https://www.neuxpower.com/nxpowerlite-desktop-mac Compression performance also depends on the content inside the file. NXPowerLite Works really well with pre-compress content such as images but not so well with lots of data or text. So we cannot guarantee compression wit every file. The 14-day free trial is usually enough for people to fully test the software with their files and decide to purchase or not. We would welcome any feedback on the file compression of the files that the software actually does support but happy to refund you if you still feel that is appropriate. “It’s fast and totally idiot-proof. In about 10 seconds it compresses 300 meg powerpoint files into a 10 meg file, without much if any loss of visual quality. Where has this been all my life?”
