“Made a purchase on their Albanian website to ship to Portugal, after a week without interaction I contacted them and was told they cannot ship overseas. Requested a refund, to this day i've not been refunded and nobody has reached out, e-mails to info@naturasiberica.al remain unanswered. As such i've been scammed by this company and would warn others to beware them.”

“Fantastic customer service! I meant to order the Nutrition and Hydration Conditioner, for dry hair (which I’ve used a number of times & is lovely) but I made the mistake of ordering the shampoo version instead. NS sent me the conditioner as a gesture of goodwill! I gave the shampoo to a friend and she absolutely loves it & will purchase again! Recommend both products and thank for the excellent customer service!”
