Made a purchase on their Albanian website to ship to Portugal, after a week without interaction I contacted them and was told they cannot ship overseas. Requested a refund, to this day i've not been refunded and nobody has reached out, e-mails to info@naturasiberica.al remain unanswered.
As such i've been scammed by this company and would warn others to beware them.
