Fantastic customer service! I meant to order the Nutrition and Hydration Conditioner, for dry hair (which I’ve used a number of times & is lovely) but I made the mistake of ordering the shampoo version instead. NS sent me the conditioner as a gesture of goodwill! I gave the shampoo to a friend and she absolutely loves it & will purchase again! Recommend both products and thank for the excellent customer service!
