“Great necklace thanks, disappointed that you charge another £10 for an extra capital letter which seems a lot of extra money, I therefore had to order the necklace without a second capital”

“The necklace arrived two days before the date specified which was a lovely surprise. I am delighted with it... Exactly what I wanted. The website however is difficult to navigate around especially from a mobile phone.”

“Id been looking for a name necklace and was willing to spend a little more to ensure I got a good quality one. I felt your necklaces were the best I found online and Im very pleased with my necklace. One thing I would say is I ended up getting a different font to the one I wanted as there were no previews to see what it would look like so I chose a font that I felt would be a safer option. I would have paid more for the font I wanted but because I was unable to preview it I just went for a simpler one.”

“I love my necklace. The quality is great and I wouldn’t order anywhere else. What I am disappointed about is that I bought the same necklace 2 years ago (I lost it recently unfortunately) and in 2 years it’s doubled in price! But the last necklace was still perfect until I lost it.”
