“To say I ordered the letters CAZ in extra large I thought it was still rather small I'm a bit disappointed”

“Great quality and fast shipping! Giving the item a 3/5 as it was not quite as I requested. The name I wanted has a hyphen in the middle which I typed into the box when I made the order - unfortunately it was not included in the finished product”

“The necklace arrived on time and looked really lovely. I had purchased it for my daughter birthday, the only problem I had, was when it was taken out of the box for her to put on it broke, we had to repair it so it could be worn as she loved it.”

“The necklace came really quickly, it's good quality but the chain is just too short.”

“The name part is good but the length of chain is too short, not the one I ordered. I only noticed it this morning so my daughter has had to take it to a jeweller to have the chain lengthened as we need it for Monday. It meant I had to spend an extra £70 on a chain. There is also a sharp edge on the name that needs to be rounded off.”

“I've purchace the keychain and 2 necklaces. I just wish the keychain personalized picture is a bit clear. I already received the keychain but not the both necklace. Can't wait for the necklaces. Hopefully it will be arrived before Christmas because I purchase it as my daughters Christmas gift.”

“The ordering was easy. However, I haven't heard anything since my orders, which was made on May 28, 2015. Hopefully I hear about when the orders are to be shipped. Just a little disappointed in the level of communication.”

“I order this necklace for my niece birthday party. I paied for the special two day delivery and got the post after 4days. I'm still waiting for the rufund on my post difference as the staff told me they would do but havnt. I'm highly disappointed with this.”

The item wasn't late as the order day is not included. We refunded the difference as a gesture of goodwill right away, but it takes a few days to go back to your card.

“Service was quick but hte knecklace is slightly damaged, due to needing the present for my anniversary I don't have the time to try to get this replaced. Service was quick I am just a little disappointed that this was not picked up or was picked up and sent out anyway, which really let the company down on what was a quick turn around of the order. I would probably not use this company again due to this issue”

The necklace was not sent out like this all items are inspected before posting however we replaced the item right away as soon as we were made aware of the issue.

“Necklace quality was as expected however I ordered an 18 inch which with the name attached became a 20 inch chain which is not what I ordered, should have been advised during the process that the name is an additional measurement, have had to get this readjusted at my local jewellers at a cost of an additional £40, also have been advised that white gold jewellery is normally rhodium plated but this necklace was not which means a slight yellow gold tinge exists, for neary £200 I would have expected this to have been coated as per normal white gold jewellery is.”

Hiya If you had contacted us we would have adjusted the chain free of charge, but are sorry that you were not made aware that the length refers to the chain only and that the name adds slightly more to the total length. With regards to the Rhodium Plating this is not standard practice as the the plating would wear over time and need to be redone so from feedback we no longer offer it. Many thanks
