Has not sent and reminded or confirmed for me to confirm the registration of my cat Wellington
( who was microchipped my channel on
Monday 17/June 24 ( and registered on 18 June)
Had 7 cats done ( ace, ty, fluffy, smudge,Sasha,sox , Wellington)
Can you please send registration card & details so I can register him( and confirm he is registered with you , the sames as my other 6 cats ( that I just have confirmed & received confirmation that are registered
( accept I haven’t received one to do for Wellington ) at same address

We have had ongoing problems with Petlog since 2021 when they themselves admit to issues that were not handled well. We could not see our pets in our Petlog Account! The difference between MyPet and Petlog is like day and night. - Very easy to use interface, ALL INFORMATION visible to the account holder as you would expect, very prompt courteous and efficient communication after any contact. I cannot recommend MyPet highly enough whether it is your pet's initial microchip registration, or if you are looking for a better, highly cost effective (MUCH CHEAPER) alternative to a database company that you are not happy with! - Thank you MyPet. - The way I wish every business treated it's customers!!!”
