“I wanted a camera that I didn’t need to pay a subscription for. I done lots of research to make sure this camera didn’t come with a subscription, but for me to make it work I had to pay another £55. It said I had a 7 day free trail, but took the money straight away and I can’t find anywhere to cancel this “free” trail to try get my money back. The camera is also faulty, as it shows the footage upside down on my phone. When you try to speak to your dog through the microphone, you sound like a dalek off doctor who. Very disappointed. Hopefully I can get my money back when I send it back. I have reached out to the company, but not yet received any reply.”
