“Good quality item but unfortunately the worst customer service I used to buy so much from them but had 1 issue and they roll their eye on it will never order again from them.”
“I ordered x300 black 7inch pizza boxes and have done so for the past 4 months, however the new boxes that were recently sent were very different to the normal boxes which I was expecting.
They are less sturdy, very this and fragile card, difficult to assemble, had a weird smell on the box, and when assembled there are strands of material and lots of dust inside the boxes,
I will not be ordering these again and am unhappy with the product including the fact that I was sent a new style of box without consenting to it or being informed about the change.”
“Your customer service is terrible given it takes me to contact you about missing products for you to inform me that you haven’t sent the products as you probably didn’t have them in stock at the time I placed an order?
Given I put an order in as I was looking for a provider that has all the products I’m looking for and now I’m incurring more costs finding replacement products. I want to speak to someone further about this.

“I would not recommend. I ordered the black pizza boxes and ordered a few together, I was sent damaged faulty items. I contacted the company and was told that they can arrange for the “unopened” ones to be collected and I will be charged “delivery fee” for faulty items! They said they cannot do anything in regards to the opened package- although it had arrived damaged and faulty which I sent images and proof of. It would be impossible to know that the boxes are faulty and damaged without opening them. Not too happy with the service as clearly when something goes wrong they don’t care about their customers! I wasted a lot of money on these items, I paid for items that were not damaged and was sent damaged boxes which are of no use and My Packaging are not being of any assistance although the fault is from their side”
“I have always used my packaging and never have they been so reckless with an order.
I placed an order and they sent an incomplete order without notification or an explanation on the missing item. I wrote to them re the correct item sent whilst also mentioning about the missing item around 3 emails.
They did not reply about the missing item despite sending 3 emails and I eventually found out from support staff that the missing item was out of stock. If you need something urgently I would look elsewhere or you will be disappointed.”
“Ordered black pizza boxes and received the logo of the company printed on wrong side and grey lines through boxes where dirt on roller . Sent photos to customer services received a reply “ we don’t make or print packaging it came from our supplier like that “ that was it no refund or replacement!! Won’t be ordering again”

“Stay away from this website! This is the second time I placed order from Mypackaging.co.uk. The first time I ordered foil containers which are the brand Satco,I was satisfied with the quality, then I placed the order again, but unfortunately they are different brand which are not as good as Satco brand. I contacted the customer service, the reply is I can return all the items but I need to pay 55 pounds plus VAT for collection.
Yesterday it was raining here, I hade to move all the boxes of containers in the house from the pallet.
Today when the driver came, I was at home and ready to move the boxes of containers on the pallet, which will take no more than 1 minute, but the driver turned his back left straight away, just said I can't wait for you, no matter how I asked him a favour.
Then I received a call from Mypackaging.co.uk, I was told that the driver came and can't collect the items, they will arrange another collection tomorrow. Later I called back and got the answer that I need to pay twice for the collection which is 110 pounds plus VAT in total. I was totally shocked, I have not got the collection services at all, why I need to pay twice, it was the driver who did not do the job, came and left straight away. I cannot believe it really happened in this world.
customer service was very bad. Whatever you said, they couldn't do anything about it. And there was no response when I raised a complaint to their email address. Never buy anything from this website.”
“I have been receiving delivery updates for the last two days saying my package will be delivered with in a 2 hour slot and both days I’ve been sat waiting on it arriving to end up not receiving it. I total joke considering the price of delivery. I will not be using your service again and recommending to other venders not to use your company.”
