I have always used my packaging and never have they been so reckless with an order.
I placed an order and they sent an incomplete order without notification or an explanation on the missing item. I wrote to them re the correct item sent whilst also mentioning about the missing item around 3 emails.
They did not reply about the missing item despite sending 3 emails and I eventually found out from support staff that the missing item was out of stock. If you need something urgently I would look elsewhere or you will be disappointed.
