“Leo was helpful beyond words. He was so patient, and stayed with me through the panics, the doubts and even a couple of times of me giving up when all else fails! No single question was too big or trivial for him, and he explained everything with utmost clarity. He was enthusiastic through every phone call, and I honestly couldn’t have got through this whole (and what can feel like an incredibly arduous) process without him.”

“I have used UK Moneyman twice, once for a regular mortgage and second for a buy to let. Wayne is extremely knowledgeable and supportive through the whole process. He’s personable and takes the time to really understand your needs and get the best for you based on your situation. The follow up service has also been great from the team who support the completion process. Thanks again.”

As a first time buyer you see so much online and you do not know what to believe but the way Malcolm and Meghan have attend to our every question, gone above and beyond for us I will be eternally grateful. “Chris Thompson was excellent throughout the process and answered all our questions with ease and professionalism. We were very happy with his support and our mortgage was dealt with and approved within 2 days which was amazing. I have already recommended him to friends considering remortgaging 5 star service and a lovely man who was easy to talk to and work. Thank you also to the administration staff especially Paula for swift communication and actions as needed.”

“A shock sale announcement by my landlord led to a hasty quest to see if I could secure a mortgage. After a quick initial phone call a later appointment was booked in, this was on Saturday too! I was dealt with by Chris Thompson who was friendly, professional and there was no pushy 'hard sell' . The fees were set out early on so there were no hidden surprises. A good deal was found within a couple of days and 3 weeks later I had a mortgage approved. Having had some financial issues around 5 years ago i was unsure what type of deal i could get, if any! Chris secured me 2 Offers in Principal, both respected High Street Lenders and both on a 95% basis! There was good back up and calls and emails answered promptly. I highly recommend. 5***** My advice to anyone using the service - have all your documentation at hand and be able to send it promptly as this will help with your application being handled in a timely manner, especially if like me time was of the essence. Thanks to Chris and Jo! (James in Rainhill, Merseyside)”
