“A shock sale announcement by my landlord led to a hasty quest to see if I could secure a mortgage. After a quick initial phone call a later appointment was booked in, this was on Saturday too! I was dealt with by Chris Thompson who was friendly, professional and there was no pushy 'hard sell' . The fees were set out early on so there were no hidden surprises. A good deal was found within a couple of days and 3 weeks later I had a mortgage approved. Having had some financial issues around 5 years ago i was unsure what type of deal i could get, if any! Chris secured me 2 Offers in Principal, both respected High Street Lenders and both on a 95% basis! There was good back up and calls and emails answered promptly. I highly recommend. 5***** My advice to anyone using the service - have all your documentation at hand and be able to send it promptly as this will help with your application being handled in a timely manner, especially if like me time was of the essence. “Excellent service from Jason and Meghan. Both went the extra mile to help me secure a mortgage offer. I had a particularly complicated application and it took multiple searches to finally get through. Both Meghan and Jason were incredibly understanding of this and ensured that I was informed throughout the process and went above and beyond to get me an offer. “Uk money have again gone above and beyond. We have had a difficult mortgage application on an 2nd property this time and they have been there every step of the way! This is the 3rd time over the years they have been there for us! It’s a shame that there isn’t an excellent star as they have definitely earned it.”

“Our advisor Dinah was incredibly helpful and refreshingly honest from start to finish. We've previously used a mortgage advisor who we'd been disappointed with. He was hard to contact and I often found myself chasing him. This couldn't have been more different to our recent experience with Dinah. She responded to our initial inquiry in super fast time, and was always at hand to answer any questions. A 5 star service. I'd recommend her to anyone who needed mortgage advice without hesitation.”
