“3 years with Zappi 2 car charger all good. After recent installation of Libbi battery the experience is awful. Battery very eratic sometimes charging when it is "stopped". The battery control in the app is severely limited, no charge/discharge program only discharge manual on/off. Grid charging only functions when a cheap rate tariff is setup, but then it's in charge mode for the whole period, charges to full, ignores the max charge setting. 2 requests to support (they ignore forum discussions) with no help the first time and no response the second time. This has become the worst commercial decision I've ever made. Useless software, useless support. Never again. Do not buy.”

“I have now contacted myenergi a few times for service assistance. Initially not delighted, but over the last 18 months I have found them most knowledgeable and helpful. Dealt with technical advisor John today after the solar battery installation threw out the app working - a very helpful experience. Before that the solar panel installer had also managed to affect the app working and similarly guided through the fix process by myenergi tech assistance.”

“Appalling company. 11 months over 100 emails 4 engineer visits, 1 replacement zappi and it still doesn't work properly. Myenergi have walked away from their responsibility and want to remove the device for a fraction of what it cost to install. If you still want to consider it then be ready for impossible phone waits, incomprehensible manual and inaccurate app. You're left on your own.”

“Support for my Zappi has been excellent, I contacted them, spoke to an extremely knowledgeable technician, Peter Lawless, who called me back twice, when my cellphone signal failed. Support for a product is always a concern, my experience of myenergi has been second to none, a big thank you.”

“Product ok. Training dept absolutely incompetent. Registered for training day got email with zoom meeting details. Comes to the day Ive been given incorrect meeting id I wait 10 mins on phone No answer. What a waste of time and money. Fitting Zappi 2 tomorrow but never again”

“Apart from the great tech (zappi 2 & Harvi & Hub), the customer support has been exceptional. And just to clarify, I didn’t need them because I had issues...I just had questions! Response speed and advice was incredible.”

“I've been a Myenergi customer since the start of the year, and I am truly blown away by the Zappi car charger. It integrates seamlessly with our solar panels and just allows us to divert surplus energy that would normally be exported to the grid, to the cars instead. Anyone with (or considering getting) solar or wind generation should get this charger, its amazing.”
