“Very clear ordering system, good stock levels & very quick to despatch items. Only problem - they use Hermes for delivery. Hermes drivers DO NOT always ring door bell & often leave parcel outside front door. Just before Christmas there was my parcel, two for next door & another for a neighbour, all left outside. We were all in at the time and no one was called.”
