“They let me down by putting incorrect info in place when i took out my insurance with the company ive used as a result you have cost me an extra £120.00 additional insurance premium im unimpressed”
“This was 1st time I used mustard (having heard I think advertising on the radio). Mustard were good & I found my insurance (but see below). Previously I have tried 1 or 2 other comparison websites but unless they have improved more recently - I found them cumbersome, eg. giving me quotes with high excesses I did not want & was unable to alter. So mustard was an unexpected & pleasant surprise - minimum excesses which I chose & quote far more competitive than I was getting direct from household name companies. Which I eventually confirmed. I feel a little guilty however as I think (I am not sure) I may have ended up going direct to said insurance company, ie. cutting out mustard? If so I did not mean to, I was just following the links set up by mustard. Either way I would enquire through mustard again.”
“I've never used a comparison site before but having heard an advert for Mustard on Absolute Classic Rock Radio. I thought I'd give them ago. I got two separate car insurances for less than half the quoted renewal prices. Can't say fairer than that!”
“Wouldnt even give them a star they found a company for me called close brothers and I insured my car but only wanted it for a few weeks anyway go to cancel the policy due to not needing it and the car was on the verge of breaking I call close brothers and cancel it then they said oh yes now you need to pay £380 excuse me I said and guy said yeah it's all the cancellation fees well if I knew that at the start I wouldnt of even bothered going with them I've been truely mugged off so if I was you I would stay well clear of both companys.”
“Your system provided incorrect information to the insurance provider, and they asked for £89 to rectify that information, although that information would not generally have any bearing on the price quoted. As a result, I cancelled my insurance with them, and got my car insurance sorted out from another provider, Of course they charged me >£80 for cancelling my insurance. I felt that the provider only cares about the money, not the customer or the service; very wrong indeed. Never again with Mustard.”
