"Ordering the sofa and arranging finance went smoothly. We asked for updates on ETA and customer service was really helpful with providing information. Our sofa was made on order and we got it delivered in 6 weeks time. Very happy with the quality and service. The gentlemen that delivered the sofa also assembled it for us.Very professional and polite. Honestly the hardest part was to choose the sofa we wanted as Msofas have a wonderful selection and variety of corner sofa beds! We love our Lonigo corner sofa bed. We've had it for 2 weeks now and can clearly say it is the best purchase we've ever made. We love it and the cat loves it. 10\/10!"

"We absolutely loooove our sofa!! It\u2019s so comfy and beautiful! I ended up getting one of the express delivery ones because I really couldn\u2019t wait 6-8 weeks and even though it wasn\u2019t the colour I would\u2019ve originally gone for, I actually really love it!! The service was great as well. I had several doubts throughout the process of buying and then while waiting for delivery and they were always great at solving all my doubts promptly. Also the two guys who delivered our sofa were lovely and very professional. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat!"

Superb product, great customer service and communication right up to time of delivery, which was spot on, and the delivery men were so friendly, put it together in minutes and removed all the packaging. They then took the time to show me how the sofa bed and storage worked - so nice 😁 The dog is already sleeping on it and I plan on joining him. I would highly recommend Msofas +++

“My friend and I had been on the hunt for a new sofa bed for months, and we finally stumbled upon this gem. We were a bit hesitant to buy online, but, we are glad we did! We went for the Alta Corner Sofa bed in Kronos 7, and it totally exceeded our expectations! The quality and comfort are top-notch, and the range of colours and fabrics available is impressive too! The customer service is worth noting as well. They reached out to me just a day after our purchase to check in and make sure we were happy with my fabric choice, and even sent me samples to be 100%. And when we ended up switching to a cheaper fabric option, they processed our refund within a week. If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be more flexibility in delivery arrangements. It would be great if we had more than five days' notice, as deliveries are only made on Saturdays within London. It took 8 weeks from the purchase date to the arranged delivery date. But honestly, that's a minor inconvenience compared to how awesome everything else was. Overall, I can't recommend M Sofas enough! They offer such great value for your money, and I promise you won't regret choosing them!”

“Yep they got everything right. Am so glad I chose this company. Excellent communication, instant feedback on the access dimensions, email notification for the delivery both prior and on the day, including when it left the warehouse and estimated delivery time, then text notifications. I chose an express sofa so didn’t have to wait and yes it was delivered on time. Great Delivery guys, they assembled the sofa, were friendly, clean efficient. They handed me a two year warranty took my signature then left. All in all perfect, I am super happy with the service and of course the sofa. These people know exactly how to do business, how to design and build affordable quality sofas and how to deliver them without a hitch. 10 out of 10.I have also posted this review on Google.”

“Fantastic sofa, had it a month now, 8 week delivery, was able to pay 90% on delivery which reassured me it wasn’t a fake site! Delivery was 9:30pm and the 2 guys built it and removed the rubbish too! Very comfy my son sleeps on it and has bought a topper but it wouldn’t need one for occasional use. Very very happy with it”
