I called them right away, and they said it was in a really good condition, and I decided to buy it. 7 days later, they delivered it, and the sofa is absolutely incredible and it really is in a good condition! "We absolutely love our new sofa from M Sofas Ltd. The customer service was really swift from ordering the fabric swatches to delivery of the sofa which was a lot sooner than we anticipated. The expected delivery was anytime between 3 weeks to 6 but we got ours 20 days after the order. \r\nThe only complaint I have is, the seat cushions and back pillows are a bit firm but I\u2019m hoping they will soften in time. "

The delivery guys were great - unpacked the sofa and took all rubbish away. I'm thrilled with the comfort and quality of the sofa, for such a reasonable price. “The company were very flexible and understanding with my busy schedule and delivered on the day I was available. Throughout the process they were great with updating me and answering any questions that I had regarding my order. The delivery personal were absolutely amazing. One of the delivery guys asked if he could come up and assess the space they have to work with and when he was satisfied he went back to their truck to grab the packages. There was 2 of them, one grabbed the packages and the other unpacked them and put them together. When they were done, they grabbed the trash with them and got rid of it. I was absolutely amazed with the couch, the color and the way it looked. The pictures doesn't do jt justice, as far as the colour. At first it was stiff but when you go around and just sit on the couch to break it in, it softens up. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who wants to buy a couch of any sort. You deserve 5 stars. From the beginning to the end! Many thanks MSofas, I am well pleased with the product and service!”
