“Had 3 tyres fitted at Derby Mansfield Road and very pleased with the job. Quick , efficient, polite and courteous. Got on with the job with no messing about. It was clear they were extremely busy, people dropping in, people who had booked plus the telephone ringing non stop. They keep there cool and deliver a top notch service. Well done Lee and gang , highly recommended”

“23/7/21 1600 MY WIFE took suspected slow puncture of 10 month old tyre (only done 2000 miles) to be fixed at Coventry. Didnt bother lifting wheel off ground said tyrewalls bulging replace. We didnt purchase. We weren't advised NOT to drive car. Took car to where tyre came from. Before driving each time used a bicycle pump to inflate, in a couple of minutes ie not losing much air! Other garage did a proper job found screw mid tread within 1 minute or arrival- fixed it. NEITHER SIDEWALL HAS PROBLEMS. Wouldnt use Coventry Branch again.”

Dear Mr Arlidge, I am sorry to see that you were not happy with the advice given by the staff at our Coventry centre. I have investigated the circumstances of your wife’s visit and can confirm that in our technician’s opinion the punctured tyre did not meet the condition required to safely repair the tyre to the standards set out by the British Standards Institution in BS AU159 and therefore, it required replacement. We explained and showed your wife the reasons why and we gave a quote. Your wife stated that the tyre has been going down since purchase, about 2 months ago, and that she would take it back to the place of original purchase, a competitor 500 yards from our location. Unfortunately, I am unwilling to comment on the work conducted by other companies other than to say Mr Tyre Ltd will not compromise on safety standards, irrespective of what our competitors are willing to do. “Great service. Phoned them up when had problems with my car and they fitted me in and sorted issue quickly. Used them again a second time and received the same great service. Will not use anyone else now . This is the garage for me”

I converted to Mr Tyres about 2 years ago and have always received exceptional service, a competitive price and a high standard of workmanship. “Had concerns about my exhaust rattling and as usual you except the worse. I Booked in for a visit at Mr Tyre in Coventry, Gulson road. After 5 minutes of my car being in the garage I was put at ease as the issue was a 5 minute easy fix. Not only excellent customer service, they completed the quick fix free of charge ! Would highly recommend ! Thanks again lads :-)”

“Victory from the jaws of defeat. Took my car into Mr Tyre in Sutton Coldfield. Guy on reception needs extensive training on customer service. Mistakenly told me I'd ordered the wrong tyres and just had a very poor attitude. Was very condescending which considering I used to work for a tyre manufacturer and know a bit about tyres was just dumb. James who did the actual fitting was great. No evident problems with the fitting was but just a poor customer experience. Submitted a review on the Mr Tyre website and received a call within 10 minutes from Ian, the regional manager apologising for the situation. Turned a 1 star review into a 4 and that level of managerial commitment to customer service has made me willing to give them another try.”

“Excellent service by Callum, Jamie & Bar at the Gulson road branch in coventry. Booked in for a tyre fitting late in the day after a training course in coventry, but managed to get out early so turned up, and they were more than happy to fit me in earlier! They were also happy to perform a tracking/alignment check, with 10 minutes left of opening! Would definitely recommend these guys!”
