“Great service received from Rich and the team at the Congleton branch. I researched all the local offerings for my choice of tyres (having to replace 4 tyres certainly focuses the mind and wallet!) and again value for money really sets Mr Tyre well ahead of the competition. As with any company my tyre choice was not available in branch there and then, but as I came in late in the afternoon they promised me a call back the following day. I was really surprised when I received the call at 9:15 the following day and had them fitted with a tracking check and rectification before mid-day (would have been faster if I had managed to get down earlier!). The team took great care of the car and I can’t recommend highly enough.”

“Got a 05 plate car . Can't get all exhaust parts anymore. They made an exhaust for my car and fitted it within 5 hrs md taking car to them . Great customer service. Very happy .”

“Green Flag dropped me off today at the Cannock Depot. The Green Flag driver left me at the depot even though I hadn’t got a booking confirmed. It was explained to me by Drew they could not repair my tyre because they very busy right through until Monday lunch. I was in the you know what, no transport home, and no which I desperately needed before Monday. Then Drew came to the rescue, he showed some empathy towards my problems. Even though they were flat out he got me a slot. I just can’t thank Drew and his boys enough for helping me out. Well Done Drew you are a Star!”

“Thanks to the Great bunch at Langley mill, who sorted my distraught wife out after a incident this morning. They calmed her down put on the spare free of charge and then ordered a tyre and fitted it. Can't recommend enough, Thanks lads”

“As soon as I walked in Mick, the manager, was very welcoming, helpful, and polite. He took charge of my vehicle and promptly started the work on it. While I waited, he was great conversation and offered me a cup of tea. All in all one of the best experiences I’ve ever had when changing my tyres. Highly recommend mr Tyre for service and quality!”

“I had an engine failure on my Ford Focus and Mick and his team at Kettering couldn't have been more helpful. Got quoted some pretty steep prices elsewhere but Mick gave me cost effective solutions to better suit my budget and get me back on the road asap. Wouldn't use any other garage in Kettering.”

“I visited the garage twice and had a terrible experience both times. During my first visit, I was astonished at how slowly the staff were moving around the place. They were the slowest garage staff I had ever seen. Even though I decided to give it another chance. However, my second visit was no better. The staff provided no customer service and showed no sense of urgency. There was nobody at the reception, and when I waited outside, no one approached me to ask if I had been served. When I asked one of the staff about my appointment, he said he would find out for me. He walked around the shop, talked to other staff members, laughed and at the end, moved one car. After 10 minutes, he simply passed me without saying anything. When I approached him again, he said, "We are very busy". While another staff member loitered in front of me, he was tramping on the spot for 10 minutes. So, in this garage, loitering is considered to be busy. The garage provided low-quality and unprofessional service. I had my wheel fixed and fitted back onto my car, but the balancing was skipped. When I asked why the staff member did not balance it, he said, "I did not remove the tyre" (which was a lie), and then immediately asked, "Do you want it to be balanced?". This was ridiculous because how many customers know what to check and how to check their tyres after visiting so-called "tyre specialists"? Almost nobody. This is why the garage has good reviews. Tyre shops are just the basics (entry-level) of car mechanics, and most garages fail to follow the simplest procedures. This is due to low-skilled workers, management, and a lack of ongoing monitoring and training. The staff is unmotivated and only works to pay their bills, with no passion or attention to detail. All of the issues mentioned above were clearly visible, and this is fundamentally wrong in every business. To top it all off, the garage does not know how to store tyres properly (the storage above the reception). They stack them on top of each other, which is completely wrong. Tyres should be stored standing on their threads. A quick Google search will tell you that. In conclusion, this is a typical back street garage that provides terribly slow, unprofessional service that may leave you on the road with an unbalanced and deformed wheel/tyre.”
