“Chris and his team at Lincoln have always been really helpful. Having bought a really bad car recently that caused me a lot of problems, they spent a lot of time and effort trying to rectify it for me and offering me advice. Thankfully that car was finally recovered and I have a much better one and I would never hesitate in recommending these guys to anyone. They are always helpful and kind.. Sometimes quite funny too 😆😆😆”

“I had 2 tyres fitted today at Louth Branch. I was offered a very good deal on the tyres as on a special offer. I was served by Shaun, who has attended to me on a number of occasions over very many years since I moved here in 2009 . I always use Louth branch and one of the great appeals to me is the long serving staff as it reflects well in my book and Shaun is always extremely knowledgeable and polite and I always feel he does a good job. I wonder if you realise how much customers value him Mr Tyre!!”

“I had 2 tyres fitted today at Louth branch and was offered an excellent price as the range were on offer and I would like to point out I have been using this branch since 2009 and as always I received very good service today. Shaun, who attended to me is always very polite and knowledgeable and I value his opinion as he is always straightforward and honest and I particularly value continuity of staff as it reflects well on the company because they know regular customers driving habits & budgets which is a huge trust factor for me. Shaun has been with the company ever since I been going there & over the years he has fixed various mechanical problems on a variety of cars for myself and daughters and he a huge asset to the company! Hope you truly value this staff member Mr Tyre!!!”

“Visited Stafford Branch 08/05/19 Had a flat tyre on my and needed fast service. The problem was immediately addressed and the tyre was repaired in Formula 1 time. The technician also checked and adjusted all of my other tyres to the correct pressure and reset the tyre pressure sensor warning. Excellent service Thankyou Zak, and my customer got to the airport on time.”

“Have used Mr Tyre 3 times over the last few months, 1 for new tyres, 1 for a puncture tyre replacement and again today for an oil change and air conditioning regas. The team at Redditch have been exceptional to deal with - all work undertaken promptly and my car has been ready when they said it would be. In the case of the puncture repair from the time of arrival to departure - with a new fitted tyre - was under 20 mins! Really good prices so will definitely use them again.”

“Booked in for service/MOT 8 30am. Checked twice in afternoon on progress .Rcvd. No final call to advise collection so walked and collected car at 4 45pm . Manager explained they had a busy day and had customers calling in. BUT I HAD BOOKED IN AND SHOULD HAVE PRIORITY. 8 and a quarter hours is unacceptable. Langley Mill Depot. The staff were polite., and so was I .”

“My car went in for a new exhaust, but had an undiagnosed underlying problem with an air leak somewhere in the system. Day sorted the exhaust at a very good price and then set about finding the air leak. He and the rest of the team did a fantastic job tracing a really difficult problem down. They kept me informed about what they were doing and were all round brilliant. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks!”

“A big positive to mr tyre in matlock, derbyshire. I have used them numerous times over the last few years. I don’t go anywhere else for my car needing work that I can’t do myself. “Having been to numerous garages, none of who would even attempt to replace the broken flexi-pipe on my exhaust, Jim, at your Castle Boulevard branch relished the opportunity to get stuck in. Expecting the job to take most of the day I was pleasantly surprised to get a phone call at just after 12:30 saying the car was ready. This guy is a legend...an exhaust guru. Brilliant service all round. Highly recommend.”

“Very poor work!, my partners car came in to Mr tyre Lincoln, to have a service and brakes fitted, after his car making a noise another mecanic had a look at his car for him,the brakes were poorly fitted they had also used ep2 grease which is no good for brakes and had come away, the wheel nuts were also very loose indeed,tracking also not done correctly and no report given. Very unhappy customer! :(”

We are very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the work that we have carried out for you. I can confirm that we only use Ceratec brake grease at Lincoln which is a metal free permanent lubricant for disc brakes. It has a zero copper content to ensure that there is no interference with abs sensors. “Ordered 4 tyres on Thursday by phone. On site at 8-45am on Saturday as arranged. Call back in an hour he said, so I did, lo and behold 9-45am job done. Good price, friendly service, can't be faulted. Brilliant service as usual.”

“All the staff at Mr Tyre Northampton are a fabulous Team. My car has suffered DPF issues for over a year- in and out of numerous garages and I finally found Mr Tyre via Whocanfixmycar.com They called me immediately, and they worked tirelessly with my car to resolve the DPF problems. They were informative, kept me in the loop at all times and went the extra mile to test, and retest my car and their honesty, reasonable prices and customer care is what I'd been searching for in a garage for YEARS. I will never visit another garage again- Mr Tyre all the way. If you want honesty, decent prices at a smart clean garage, with a team that have a genuine care for vehicles and not pushy sales- look no further.! Thank You, Louisa”

“I have been using the Leicester branch for many years, including for relatives cars. Usually they are very good, but I sometimes have had cause to complain. Each time in the past (twice) they have acknowledged that the complaint is 'genuine' and they have promised to 'do me a deal' when I next visit. On the positive side they have always honoured that, including two or three months ago (after they had damaged the 'floor pan' of my car on both sides when jacking it up). Yesterday I wasn't happy after seeing the chap who did the work jump into my car (first to note the details and secondly to drive it to the reception), having earlier been sitting on the garage floor, which I assume he did regularly as his trousers were very dirty. On getting home I put my own trousers straight in the wash and then spent time cleaning the seat with upholstery cleaner. Admittedly the seats are mainly black, but I do try normally to keep my cars clean. I did not complain at the time (not having a good day anyway), but still annoyed hence the review. I may yet go again in the future, but I wish they would consistently take care of the cars. In future I may well take the wheel in as a 'spare' and will try to remember to put a seat cover on myself, but I shouldn't feel the need to have to do that. I guess I am a bit sceptical about whether any other tyre fitters would be in better! To be fair probably 90% of customers would not notice what I see because they sit in the reception blissfully unaware and probably don't check afterwards.”
