“I had my car booked infor a service and MOT yesterday with Renault. Unfortunately they could complete my service but their MOT machine developed an electrical fault, and they could not do the MOT.
My MOT ran out before they expected the fault to be fixed, so this morning I went on line to see where else I could go at short notice. MR clutch came up and had booking spaces for today. I booked and paid online for 13.00 and got there 15 minutes early. Although they were busy, they took my key, told me it would be 45 mins to an hour to complete. I went for a walk and came back 45 mins later. They hadn't quite finished so I just waited at reception until it was done. A straight pass, which was a relief.
I found the staff busy, but polite and helpful and the online booking process couldn't have been easier.”
