“I have been coming to the Strood branch for a good while now and I have always had a good experience. Today was no different. The guy behind the desk was dealing with a customer who was deaf, and through patience, writing and showing they communated perfectly. My car was in for a service, it was completed within 3 hours and they called me when it was ready. Same guy dealt with me and again, no complaints. I'll be back next month for my MOT”

“A lovely gentleman,rang in advance to let me know Mot needed rescheduling .Instead of leaving me waiting on the day for that phone call.They were able to fit me in at earliest convience,which was brilliant and worked out better for me.
