Made an enquiry on a Facebook ad. Was told I had made an application for finance!! Guy followed up to discuss and when I explained I just wanted to enquire he hung up!!

Hi Jamie, Sorry to hear you were not happy with our service. I can see you made a full application with us via a Facebook advert. It looks as though you supplied all your details including residential and employment, via our application form for car finance, which then resulted in a provisional decision (as per the image you've posted, this does not impact your credit rating). On listening to the call with our member of staff, it appears you only wanted to make an enquiry and didn't realise we would need to speak you, we therefore closed your application down, I do apologise if this is not actually what you wanted, and again apologies for the confusion of it being an application. Requested multiple times to be removed from their spamming emails and texts to no avail. Warning to everyone, do not allow them to send you their messages you will NEVER get away from them!

Took a lot of information, direct debit agreement/finance agreement and photo ID, told me I had been approved, then pulled at the last minute! Seems like a bit of a scam company

Disgrace. the way I was treated. Got told I was good to go with re-financing then got told no. This has given me sleepless nights for both me and my partner. No reason . Then put me onto another company who where hopeless. The person who dealt with was Michael burns

In looking at your case I can see that unfortunately we were ultimately unable to help with the specifics of your circumstances at present. When we discovered we were unable to help we did try a further 3 partners who we felt may be able to assist but in this situation they were also unable to help. I understand it can be frustrating on occasions such as this but we have tried all avenues available to us. I hope that in the future we can be of more assistance to you.
