“I applied with motorly, after seeing an advert on Facebook. The application form is simple to compete, and I got a call shortly afterwards to explain what options I had, and next steps if I wanted to progress, its all very straightforward and easy enough.”

Hi Jamie, Sorry to hear you were not happy with our service. I can see you made a full application with us via a Facebook advert. It looks as though you supplied all your details including residential and employment, via our application form for car finance, which then resulted in a provisional decision (as per the image you've posted, this does not impact your credit rating). On listening to the call with our member of staff, it appears you only wanted to make an enquiry and didn't realise we would need to speak you, we therefore closed your application down, I do apologise if this is not actually what you wanted, and again apologies for the confusion of it being an application. “I Financed my car through Motorly, and to be honest I’ve had a few issues with the car, and dealership, but the team at Motorly have kept me updated and tried to help to resolve the matter, so I have to say the customer service is exceptional”
