About Momentum Wines:

Momentum popped its first cork as a wine retailer back in 2005! Having been involved with wines from an early age (Howard’s family ran a chain of off-licences in the 70’s and 80’s), there was a belief that there was room in the market town of Oswestry for a wine specialist. Some 16 years later the business has evolved somewhat, and now operates as both a physical and on-line retailer, and a trade supplier to many hotels, restaurants, and bars.

“We knew the wine would be excellent, as we have had it before (Blue Horn Malbec). What really surprised us was the excellent packaging, having had cases dumped on our doorstep, creating broken bottles and soggy cardboard boxes previously. The packaging looks as if it could withstand any mishaps.”

“Web site was easy to use so quickly ordered it, paid for it, got an immediate confirmation, was told shortly after that it was out for delivery and received it three days later. Within fifteen minutes (the sun was past the yard arm), wife had opened a bottle (she is the wine drinker, not me) and she was smiling. You could not have improved on that sequence of events or the resultant smile. Excellent”
