About Momentum Wines:

Momentum popped its first cork as a wine retailer back in 2005! Having been involved with wines from an early age (Howard’s family ran a chain of off-licences in the 70’s and 80’s), there was a belief that there was room in the market town of Oswestry for a wine specialist. Some 16 years later the business has evolved somewhat, and now operates as both a physical and on-line retailer, and a trade supplier to many hotels, restaurants, and bars.

“We visited Momentum Wines about a month ago to purchase some Honu Marlborough Sauvignon wine and were made most welcome. Just last week, we ordered on line for a further shipment of this particular wine and this arrived within 48 hours!! You cannot argue with this……….. Want some wine………get on the website. Thanks again Momentum Wines. Lynn and Bob Kean.”

“Google searched for the Malamado fortified wine, as I heard from a cheese seller that it was very good and pairs well with cheese (and Chocolate). Found on Momentum's website - ordered a couple of bottles (alongside 6 Malbec). The "Port" was superb - delivery was very quick, arrived within 2 days. Very impressed and will return.”

“I started using Momentum as they stocked a wine that we had tasted at a restaurant. We ordered the wine as part of a mixed case. All the wines were excellent. We are now using Momentum due to the excellent quality and reasonable prices of the wine. Delivery is very good and bottles are well protected. Would highly recommend Momentum for ordering wine.”

“Excellent service, really informative re delivery, and ordering was a simple process. I came across a Malbec (my favourite choice of wine) in a local pub. Not available in stores so I researched websites. Price and website here was very good. I now know they stock another Malbec that I love so I will be using Momentum Wines many many times!!!!”

“The champagne I chose was lovely. My daughters and I enjoyed it immensely. A nice way to celebrate. The bottles were well packaged and quickly despatched to us. So easy to order and we were kept in the loop for their journey to my house. Thank you MW”
