“My personal PC failed. My local IT specialist advised that the hard drive had failed, supplied a replacement PC and said that with their simple recovery program, they believed that they had uploaded just over 90% of my files and photos, saying that this was all they could do, anything more would require the services of a specialist data recovery company. Regrettably, they had only recovered about 10/20% which was what I had on my portable back-up drive. After an on-line search for a specialist Company, I have been delighted to find MJM. Thier website made it very clear what to expect, and that is what I got, along with all my files recovered.”

“These guys are the Ronseal of the data recovery market. They do exactly what it says on the tin. Only without the messy cleanup and overspray. My client now has ALL of his required data back from an ageing, non-booting and non-backed up Mac. Without MjM, it would have been a very different conversation. Oddly, I wish that there wasn't a need for this type of service, but I'm glad that I have someone I can rely on when backups aren't taken and the worst happens.”

“My iMac hard drive packed up after 11 years with no warning! It contained countless photos of my children growing up including clips of my son playing football from under 7 onwards. Yes I know, I should have backed up but didn’t. MJM accepted my old hard drive and recovered my data, no hassle, continually updating progress and now I’m a very happy bunny. I had frequent updates during the process, and a couple of times where I didn't understand the update email, a quick phonecall and I was reassured and the update was explained to me. Got Everything back that I needed - plus a duplicate drive to save me the terror of ever losing it again! (I do normally back up - it was a weird set of circumstances!!) “I was recommended to MJM by Infinite IT as someone to contact to recover the data from my PC when my drive 'suddenly went missing'. MJM were exceptional. Not only did they manage to recover all of my lost data but they did this over a weekend. MJM kept me updated all weekend on the progress and emailed within an hour of me dropping the PC off to give me an update. “Our home computer failed to boot up and we found backups had not been backing up. As we could not see the data on the hard drive by connecting directly to our new computer via a USB connection, we were recommended to contact MjM Data Recovery to try and recover the information held on our hard drive. MjM acknowledged receipt of the hard drive as soon as it arrived and kept us updated throughout the process, so we knew what they were doing and finding, then we received the best update of all, they had managed to recover everything. We received a very quick and efficient service and we cannot thank MjM enough. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.”
